On August 22, 2024, Liu Dejun, Deputy Secretary of the Zouping Municipal Committee, and Wang Tao, Deputy Mayor, led a delegation from the Zouping Municipal Party Committee and government to visit the headquarters of Yotai Group. They were warmly received by Sheng Jianming, Chairman of Yotai, and Chen Shuo, President, along with other senior executives. Both parties held discussions and signed a cooperation agreement for the "Electrochemical Energy Storage Equipment Manufacturing Project."

At the signing ceremony, Chen Shuo introduced the company's layout in ESS, EV charger, power equipment, battery swapping cabinet, and energy and carbon management, showcasing the "ESS + X" full-scenario solution's empowerment of industries and emphasized that Yotai will provide world-leading new energy products and solutions based on the concept of "safe, simple, smart."
Sheng Jianming, in his speech, stated that Yotai has always adhered to the "advanced manufacturing" strategy, deploying industrial bases in seven cities across the country, including Shenzhen, Nanchang, and Guiyang, equipped with fully smart automatic production lines to achieve proximity and flexible delivery. He pointed out that the cooperation with the Zouping Municipal Government will further enhance Yotai's delivery capabilities, and the company is willing to contribute to the further development of Zouping's industry.
Liu Dejun highly affirmed Yotai's energy storage business and manufacturing strength, introduced Zouping's cultivation of industrial clusters such as high-end aluminum, smart textiles, food and pharmaceuticals, and equipment manufacturing, as well as support for "energy security" in industrial production. He specifically stated that Zouping encourages investment and business, will provide enterprises with full-element guarantees, and let enterprises enjoy comprehensive policy support, meticulous warm-hearted services, and comprehensive life support.
Yotai and Zouping City have joined hands, based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit, complementing each other's strengths, and sharing resources for common development. They actively carry out cooperation in the field of energy storage equipment manufacturing, jointly create a new type of energy storage demonstration project, expand the energy storage market of Zouping City, and conduct in-depth cooperation in the fields of photovoltaic energy storage charging, new material and energy storage battery product manufacturing, and green park energy standards and technology research.
