On Oct 13, C&I ESS Seminar and 2023 Yotai Partner Conference (Shenzhen) were grandly held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen, which was the first stop of Yotai’s Partner Conference Journey, bringing together government leaders, industry alliance experts, representatives from industry chain enterprises, and more. They discussed topics such as ESS policies, industry trends, product technology development, investment opportunities, and shared key ESS project cases. The aim was to advance energy revolution, accelerate the construction of a new ESS, and support the high-quality and sustainable development of ESS industry.
Yotai was recognized by its partners for its strong product capabilities and comprehensive service offerings. Over 20 companies signed on-site contracts totaling over 108 million RMB. Notably, Wang Chunxiang, CEO and President of the Energy Chain Group, expressed high satisfaction with Yotai's product design, robust delivery capabilities, and prompt response time and decided to place an additional order for 100 units of smart C&I ESS products.
Yotai has always embraced an open and collaborative approach and has allocated a special support fund of 30 million RMB to incentivize its partners. The partner awarding segment was highly spirited, with 40 companies taking the stage to receive awards. Zhang Xuechang, Deputy Chief Engineer of the New Energy Engineering Institute of China Electric Power Construction Central and Southern Institute, provided a detailed introduction and profound interpretation of the ESS industry policy.
He pointed out that in recent years, both national and local policies have been issued intensively, accelerating the construction of new ESS, which is a key link in building a new power system.
ESS can solve major strategic issues such as the large-scale integration of renewable energy sources like wind and solar and the coupling of multiple energy sources. Currently, it is benefiting from policy development dividends.
Du Xiaotian, Chairman of the ESS Leaders Alliance, delivered a keynote speech on the "Current Status and Reflections on ESS Development."
He mentioned that ESS has entered a stage of large-scale development, and by 2025, the installed capacity of new ESS in various provinces and cities in China is expected to exceed 70 GW.
Just as Yotai's "ESS + X" strategy suggests, he believes that ESS will be everywhere in the near future. In the face of the complex and ever-changing international situation, the demand for residential ESS markets overseas will continue to grow.
