Recently, Yotai successfully delivered the "Haitian (Gaoming) 1.1MW/2.2MWh ESS Power Station Project" for Haitian Flavoring & Food Co., Ltd. (603288.SH), a leading Chinese condiment company. This project, a showcase of Yotai's Smart 215 distributed ESS and its "ESS + X" strategy, has set a benchmark in industrial parks and has a positive demonstration effect on the low-carbon transition of China's food manufacturing industry, encouraging more enterprises to consider ESS solutions.
Haitian, a top condiment producer in China, reached a total soy sauce production of 2.38 million tons in 2023. The project's location, the Haitian (Gaoming) Flavoring Food Co., Ltd., is the largest production base of Haitian and also the world's largest "aircraft carrier-level" comprehensive condiment production base, covering nearly 3,000 acres. Once fully constructed, the annual output is expected to exceed 2 million tons. The production base consumes over 150 million kWh of electricity annually, with high electricity costs and strict requirements for power supply reliability.
In response to the needs of Haitian, Yotai tailored an ESS solution. 11 Smart 215L liquid-cooling ESS cabinets are connected to three distribution rooms, with each connection point equipped with a separate station control EMS. The system can achieve various functions such as high-voltage side anti-reverse flow, demand control, low-voltage side overload protection, and time-of-use electricity reading. After the project's operation, it can reduce the park's electricity costs through peak shaving, saving millions of electricity bills annually, and provide backup power for the park, enhancing power supply stability.
As a leader in China's condiment industry, "Haitian (Gaoming) 1.1MW/2.2MWh Energy Storage Power Station Project" not only reflects the company's proactive attitude in fulfilling corporate social responsibility but also sets a model for low-carbon transition in China's food manufacturing industry. This has a significant demonstration effect, stimulating other brands in the industry to focus on and practice low-carbon transition, thus promoting the industry into a new era of green, high-quality, and sustainable development.
The Smart 215 distributed ESS, launched by Yotai in 2023, has been successfully implemented in nearly ten projects since its market debut, covering schools, hospitals, industrial parks, data centers, and other scenarios. Yotai's "ESS + X" solutions have also covered all scenarios of power generation, grid, and user sides, empowering various industries. In 2023, Yotai signed ESS projects exceeding 5GWh. Haitian will become another typical case of the Smart 215 and "ESS + X" solutions.
With the successful delivery of the "Haitian (Gaoming) 1.1MW/2.2MWh ESS Power Station Project," Yotai and Haitian have jointly taken a significant step in the low-carbon transition of China's food manufacturing industry, actively responding to the national new energy strategy. In the future, Yotai will continue to adhere to technological innovation, explore the endless possibilities of "ESS + X," and contribute to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
