Recently, Yotai's core technology support has led to the successful grid connection of the 150MW/300MWh independent shared new energy storage project by Lianyungang Energy Group in Guannan County, Lianyungang's Lingang Industrial Zone. This marks a significant milestone for Yotai in the field of energy storage, representing a solid step forward.
The project features Yotai's Aurora3727 liquid-cooling ESS container, which integrates modular design with a matrix layout. A standout feature is the introduction of the domestically pioneering acoustic low-pressure dual fluid fine water mist fire suppression technology. This technology, installed on battery modules with special nozzles, uses nitrogen to generate ultrasonic waves that drive water atomization, creating ultra-fine mist droplets less than 50 microns in diameter. This not only rapidly absorbs heat and effectively suppresses fire spread but also maintains good environmental friendliness and electrical insulation, offering a new solution for fire safety in the energy storage industry.
The system also incorporates cloud-edge collaboration and AI technologies, enabling intelligent early warning, and supporting functions such as frequency modulation, peak shaving, wind-solar storage coordination, and demand-side response.
With a total capacity of 150MW/300MWh and a total investment of 386 million yuan, the project covers an area of 50 acres and has a peak shaving capacity of 300 MWh after completion. This initiative plays a crucial role in enhancing the stability and efficiency of the regional power grid, increasing the proportion of new energy consumption, providing reliable peak shaving for regional new energy projects, supplying green electricity to the area, reducing regional energy consumption per unit of GDP, and driving local employment. It also improves the new energy industry development system in Lianyungang, extends the industry chain, enhances the value chain, and continuously strengthens the momentum of green industry development in Lianyungang.
From start to grid connection, the project took less than three months. The project team, with advanced technical strength, professional service capabilities, and rapid response capabilities, successfully ensured the project's on-time and successful delivery, setting a new benchmark for high-quality products and rapid delivery in the energy storage industry.
