Recently, the solar storage system built by Yotai and "COFCO · Futian Day Joy Plaza," was officially delivered, which marks a milestone commercial application of Yotai's Smart100 PV&ESS All-in-one distributed ESS, further adding to the commercial office cases under the "ESS + X" strategy.
COFCO·Futian Day Joy Plaza is a commercial and office center brand created by Dayjoy City Holdings, the only real estate investment and management platform under the Fortune Global 500 central enterprise "COFCO Group". The project is located in the Meicai Smart Valley area in the center of Futian, Shenzhen, covering an area of approximately 28,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. It is an intelligent business office complex integrating high-end research and development offices, headquarters buildings, elite residences, and community supporting businesses. The project has a high peak electricity consumption and incurs high monthly electricity expenses, demanding strong requirements for the economy, reliability, and stability of electricity.
Based on these circumstances, Yotai tailored a solar storage solution for "China Resources · Futian Day Joy Plaza". In the first phase of the solution, 1 set of 50kW/103kWh Ener Hexon™ Smart 100 PV&ESS All-in-one distributed ESS was installed. The system is matched with rooftop PV power generation equipment to achieve self-generated and self-used electricity, supporting daily office electricity consumption of the complex. It also performs peak shaving to reduce electricity costs and provides backup power, supporting black start function, seamless switching in milliseconds during power outages, emergency power supply, and stable power supply. In addition, it supports virtual power plants to further increase revenue.
The Smart 100 PV&ESS All-in-one distributed ESS adopts the All-in-one design concept, integrating PCS, EMS, BMS, and battery modules into one unit. With a footprint of only 1.21 square meters per cabinet, modular rapid deployment and prefabricated assembly save 15% of installation costs. Early warning of thermal runaway risks, multiple fire protection measures, and PACK-level targeted fire extinguishing ensure ESS safety. The cloud platform and APP support remote monitoring and online upgrades, intelligent operation and maintenance, greatly saving manpower. Hand-in-hand parallel expansion is simple, covering a wide power range of 50kW-300kW. In addition to representing commercial buildings in this project, the Smart 100 solar storage integrated machine also meets diversified scene demands such as industrial parks, public stations, off-grid mines, off-grid islands, nomadic farms, and electrification-deficient rural areas.
In this project, Yotai completed delivery within one month to meet urgent customer needs, demonstrating Yotai's advanced manufacturing capabilities and rapid delivery capabilities. In the future, Yotai will continue to research and develop core technologies, launch more new energy products, and accelerate the construction of new power systems.
