Its liquid-cooled C*I ESS features a comprehensive safety design covering every aspect from the battery PACK to the entire machine, from the system to the cloud, providing "no dead angle" protection. The system uses cell-level AI health management to assess battery cell status in real time and provide AI-based early warnings. A multi-level electrical protection mechanism, including "pack-level, cluster-level, PCS," is built to achieve precise and graded shutdown, minimizing fault losses.
The system is designed using six-stage modal simulation, from stress simulation to deformation simulation verification, designed for up to a magnitude 9 earthquake. It has passed multiple destructive tests such as short circuit, fire, and fire resistance, ensuring its robustness in extreme conditions. In terms of fire protection, the system adheres to a "one prediction, two releases, three extinguishments" design philosophy and uses a dual water and gas firefighting system for more precise protection, effectively enhancing the system's safety.
For smart temperature control, it employs an smart liquid cooling temperature control system with multi-level variable diameter flow channels and micro-channel even flow technology, keeping the temperature difference of the battery cells within 2.5 degrees, thereby extending battery life by 20%. In data security, a "cloud, edge, end" triple information permission control ensures zero data leakage.
