On December 8, 2023, the "Safety Production Month" event series at Yotai, including the 2023 Annual Fire Emergency Drill, officially kicked off at Yotai headquarters. This drill was dedicated to enhancing the awareness and importance of safety production among employees and to significantly improve their safety skills and professional knowledge.
The emergency drill commenced amidst a series of alarms, emphasizing practicality and emergency response capabilities. Employees from various departments, along with invited clients, quickly responded and closely cooperated with the Guanlan Fire Brigade, demonstrating high professional standards and team synergy. Chen Shuo, co-founder and CEO of Yotai, took charge as the general commander, leading the hands-on training to ensure every employee not only understood fire safety but could also effectively apply and master it. This approach of "leading by learning and practicing" greatly enhanced the fire safety skills and awareness of the staff.
During the drill, the invited Guanlan Fire Brigade captain explained and demonstrated the correct usage of fire extinguishers, gas masks, operation of fire hydrants, quick deployment of fire hoses, connection of nozzles, and proper fire extinguishing techniques. This not only verified the effectiveness of the emergency plan and the practical capability but also deepened the understanding of fire safety and identified potential issues.
In the practical fire extinguishing segment, employee representatives orderly stepped up, following the correct procedures of lifting the fire extinguisher, removing the safety pin, holding the nozzle with the left hand, pressing the handle with the right hand, maintaining a safe distance, and quickly extinguishing the fire at its base. The well-trained actions of "lift, unpin, hold, and press" demonstrated the employees' proficiency.
At a critical moment of the drill, Chen Shuo emphasized: "Safety production is not just a legal requirement but also a reflection of corporate responsibility and ethics. At Yotai, we regard safety production as the lifeline of company operations, directly related to the safety and well-being of every employee and their families. Employees are the company's most valuable asset. Protecting their safety is protecting the future of the company. Everyone should be a practitioner and guardian of safety production, working together to build an indestructible safety line."
After the drill, Zhou Jun from the Group's Human Resources and Administration Center comprehensively summarized the fire emergency exercise and proposed a long-term fire safety work plan. This exercise was not only a test of emergency response but also an enhancement and elevation of the company's safety culture.
The active participation and cooperation of all employees made this fire emergency drill a resounding success, achieving the expected effect of the theme "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies." At Yotai, every day is a day of safety production, and every employee is a guardian of safety.
In the future, Yotai will continue to adhere to the principle of safety first, providing a safer and healthier working environment for employees. Through this drill, we are even more convinced that safety is the eternal theme of enterprise development, and every employee is an indispensable brick in this firewall.
